Located adjacent to the Vanguard Career Center, the Technology Center is the only facility of its kind in Ohio to be totally dedicated to offering Tech Prep programs.
Tech Prep is a high school curriculum which trains students in a high-tech discipline and allows them to earn college credits while still in high school. Terra Community College provides college courses to Technology Center students at no cost to the student or the parents.
The main focus of the Technology Center is to prepare its 100 students to further their high school technical training with a two or four-year college degree. Students attend the Technology Center half days for specific technical training and return to their member high school for academic courses.
