We are looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform stainless-steel fabrication and MIG/TIG welding on light-gauge stainless-steel components. You’ll work from mechanical drawings, weld symbols, work instructions, and shop routings to produce high-quality parts that meet required specifications and tolerances.

What You’ll Do
Perform MIG and TIG welding on thin-gauge stainless steel.
Fabricate and assemble stainless-steel components according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Interpret mechanical blueprints, weld symbols, and shop routings.
Produce sanitary welds that meet USDA requirements.
Set up and operate conventional fabrication and finishing equipment.
Grind, blend, blast, and polish welds using hand and power tools.
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to safely move materials.
