State Tested Nurse Aide
Gain knowledge and practice medical procedures in various health care related careers. Learn in a state-of-the-art simulated work environment to develop a person’s work ethic, professionalism, and employability skills. Utilize basic health care skills and be prepared for a rewarding health care career. Complete training and take exam to become a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA). Participate in resident care in area nursing homes. Practice a variety of health care processes, techniques, and diagnostic procedures in a professional environment. Use STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) classes to better understand the human body and its health related concerns.
