Welder I
- Ensure Safety First, Safety Always and meet or exceed Quality expectations.

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Production Assistant to support our print production workflow. This role involves working with large format printed materials—applying laminated sheets to a flatbed cutter, carefully weeding graphics, sealing, shrink-wrapping, packaging, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on environment, follow directions well, and consistently maintain quality and speed standards.
Key Responsibilities
Production Tasks
- Place laminated sheets on flatbed cutting equipment with precision.
- Move materials to the weeding table and weed vinyl graphics carefully and efficiently.
- Perform sealing and shrink-wrapping of finished products.
- Package, label, and prepare orders for shipping according to company procedures.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
- Assist with setup and basic operation of printers, laminators, and cutters.
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
- Conduct light maintenance and keep equipment areas clean and functional.
Quality Control
- Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and defects.
- Make corrections or flag issues to the Production Manager as needed.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally within the team.
Inventory & Supplies
- Track usage of materials and notify supervisor when supplies run low.
- Assist in organizing stock and keeping workstations tidy and safe.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic familiarity with production equipment or willingness to learn.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a print shop, sign shop, or production environment.

State Trooper

- Perform quality checks using appropriate gauges, including calipers and dial indicators.
